Further to the announcement made by Fraser and Neave, Limited (the "Company") dated 7 March 2017 relating to the proposed acquisition of up to an additional 21,771,420 Vinamilk shares (the "Previous Announcement"), the Company attaches for information the Results of Transaction in Shares of Vinamilk dated 7 April 2017 issued by F&NDI to the HOSE in connection with the completion of the acquisition of 8,927,915 Vinamilk shares under the Transaction which was announced by the HOSE today.
