NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd. (the Company) has scheduled its 2019 annual general meeting of the shareholders on June 24, 2019. In accordance with the Republic of China Company Law, shareholders register of the Company will be closed for the period of 60 days prior to its annual general shareholders meeting.
Therefore, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the period of 60 days prior to June 24, 2019, this is, the period from April 26 to June 24 (both days inclusive) will be the Closed Period.
