Wheelock and Company Limited ("Wheelock") and Admiral Power Holdings Limited ("APHL") jointly announced a proposal for the privatisation of Wheelock by APHL by way of a scheme of arrangement and, among other things, withdrawal of Wheelock's Shares listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. There is no assurance that the proposed privatisation and withdrawal of listing will take place or as to when it may take place.
