NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that NTC's general shareholders' meeting approved a cash dividend of NT$1.50 per common share on May 26, 2017 and the cash distribution is payable to shareholders of record on June 26, 2017.
As a result of the cash dividend, NTC informs the holders of the Bonds that (i)the Conversion Price prior to the adjustment of the Conversion Price was NT$ 52.47 per share, (ii) the adjusted Conversion Price, calculated pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, shall be NT$ 50.94 per common share, which shall be effective on June 27, 2017.
