Cessation of Mr Daniel Cuthbert Ee Hock Huat as Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (Trustee-Manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust) ("KIT") following his retirement upon the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of KIT.

With effect from the foregoing, (i) Mr Khor Poh Hwa will be appointed as Chairman of KIT and Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") in place of Mr Daniel Cuthbert Ee Hock Huat, (ii) Mr Chan Pengee, Adrian will be appointed as Member of the NRC and cease to be Member of the Board Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, and (iii) Mr Ng Kin Sze will be appointed as Member of the Audit and Risk Committee ("ARC").
