The changes are as follows:

(a) Slide 5 fourth quarter EBITDA from US$47.6 to US$41.6 million
(b) Slide 6 Cash Flow from Operations to reflect the full year amount of US$286 million instead of the fourth quarter amount of US$65 million
(c) Slides 4-6 and 21 on negative equity from US$587 million to US$590 million

The Del Monte Pacific Management Discussion and Analysis ("MDA") of Unaudited Financial Condition and Results of Operations for the Fourth Quarter and Twelve Months Ended 30 April 2026 would remain unchanged.
