Mr Chia Chee Ming Timothy ("Mr Chia") has been with the Company for more than 9 years since his appointment as an Independent Director and Lead Independent Director of the Company. Mr Chia has decided to step down and resign to facilitate Board renewal.

Following his resignation as an Independent Director and Lead Independent Director of the Company on 31 December 2021, Mr Chia also ceased to be a member of the Nominating Committee.
