(Singapore time) was adjourned through lack of a quorum and (ii) an adjourned Meeting of the Bondholders
convened by The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch (the Trustee) as trustee for the holders of the
Bonds will be held on 23 April 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (Singapore time) (the Meeting) for the purpose of considering
and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution which will be proposed as an Extraordinary Resolution in
accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed dated 22 August 2019 (the Trust Deed) made between the
