WLB Asset II B Pte. Ltd. (the Issuer) wishes to announce that the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds of US$24,700,000 outstanding as at 10 December 2024, being the Maturity Date, have been fully redeemed by the Issuer on 10 December 2024.

Following the redemption, the Bonds have been cancelled in their entirety and will be subsequently delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
