Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the committee authorized by the Board at its meeting held today i.e. November 13, 2019 at 20:00 hours IST has approved the pricing, tenure and other terms of US$300mm 5.875% percent senior notes due 2025 ( Notes ) aggregating to US$300mm to such investors as identified by the Committee. The required details in relation to the issue is enclosed herewith.
