Mr Wong Se Sun ("Mr SS Wong") had been appointed as a Manufacturing Director of the Group in September 2013. At the time of such appointment, Mr SS Wong's position was not that of an executive officer. The Board has considered the track records, experiences and capabilities of Mr SS Wong since then, and his contribution to the manufacturing functions of the Group, and has come to the view that Mr SS Wong's position shall be elevated to that of an executive officer. Thus, with effect from 23 May 2014, Mr SS Wong's position as Manufacturing Director will be elevated to that of an executive officer of the Group.
