The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Noel Gifts International Ltd. (the "Company") refers to the announcement on 1 July 2024 (Reference No.SG240701OTHRHGAE). Mr Kenneth Wong Ho Meng ("Mr Kenneth Wong") has demonstrated his capability in handling the responsibilities of his role as a Senior Manager. He is proactive in his approach to challenges and his ability to work under pressure indicates his readiness for more significant leadership roles in corporate development investment portfolios. Based on his achievement of key performance indicators and consistent delivery of results over the last two to three years, the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee, and the Board of the Company considered Mr Kenneth Wong's promotion from Senior Manager of Corporate Development to General Manager of Corporate Development within the Group and have accordingly approved the same, with such promotion to take effect from 1 July 2024.
