concluded at 3:30 PM considered and approved the following:
1. Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results under lndAS and Audited Consolidated financial results under IFRS for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, together with the Auditor's Report. The financial results are also being made available at the Company's website www.wipro.com.
2. An interim dividend of Rs. 1 /- per equity share of par value Rs. 2/- each to the Members of the Company as on January 24, 2022, being the Record Date. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made on or before February 5, 2022.
