We wish to announce that IOI Investment (L) Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IOI Corporation Berhad, will make an invitation to holders of its outstanding U.S.$600,000,000 4.375 per cent. Notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS0792911298) guaranteed by IOI Corporation Berhad under the U.S.$1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Notes" ) to tender any or all of their Notes for purchase by IOI Investment (L) Berhad for cash ("Invitation"). The details of the Invitation are attached.
