In continuation of our announcement dated 20 January 2020, we would like to further intimate that Lodha Developers International Limited priced its new offering of Senior Secured notes (due 2023) of US$ 200 million on 5 March 2020. The net proceeds of the above offering will be used for the repayment of the Company s existing outstanding Senior Notes due March 13, 2020. The new notes will be listed on SGX-ST post settlement.
