The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to persons specified in Section 274 and Section 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001.

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in CNY. The Notes will be in denominations of CNY 1,000,000 and integral multiples of CNY 10,000 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in a minimum board lot size of CNY 10,000 with a minimum of 100 board lots to be traded in a single transaction.
