| Narrative version | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Tiong Seng Holdings Limited (the Company ) will be closed on 15 May 2017 for the purposes of determining shareholders entitlement to the first and final tax-exempt one-tier dividend ( Dividend ) of 0.8 Singapore cents per ordinary share in the capital of the Company ( Share ) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016. The Dividend was approved at the Company s annual general meeting held on 26 April 2017.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2017 will be registered to determine shareholders entitlements to the Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2017 will be entitled to the Dividend.
Payment of the Dividend will be made on 24 May 2017. |
