The Company hereby announces that on 21 October 2022, the Company completed the cancellation of US$26,650,000 (ISIN: US69370NAA46 / USY7133MAB55) in aggregate principal amount of the Notes (the Repurchased Notes), representing approximately 5.33% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding before the cancellation. After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, US$473,350,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes remain outstanding.

Pursuant to Rule 324 of the SGX Mainboard Listing Rulebook, the Company will make further announcements for every 5% interval of initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes redeemed and/or cancelled in accordance with their terms and conditions.
