IMG ANNOUNCES COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS OF
THE SUR DE TEXAS TUXPAN MARINE PIPELINE

Mexico City, September 17, 2019 Infraestructura Marina del Golfo ( IMG ), a joint venture between Infraestructura Energ tica Nova (BMV: IENOVA) ( IEnova ) and TC Energy Corporation (TSX: TRP) (NYSE: TRP) ( TC Energ a ), announces that the Sur de Texas Tuxpan Marine Pipeline ( Marine Pipeline ) has reached commercial operations.
The approximately $2.6 billion Marine Pipeline is one of the country s most important infrastructure projects in recent years. With the capacity to transport up to 2.6 billion cubic feet a day of natural gas, the pipelinewill increase Mexico s natural gas import capacity by approximately 40% and help supply areas that currently have a supply deficit.
IEnova affirms its commitment to continue investing in Mexico s energy infrastructure, as well as to contribute to the country s economic development and the well-being of the Mexican people.
