Gazprom was notified that Gazprom Gerosgaz Holdings B.V. (the Netherlands) and Rosingaz Limited (Cyprus), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Gazprom (the Sellers ), had entered into a share sale arrangement agreement, as well as brokerage agreements with Gazprombank (Joint-Stock Company) with respect to the sale of 693 627 848 ordinary shares of PJSC Gazprom (the Shares ). The Shares sale will be carried out via collecting and accepting bids for the purchase of the Shares using trading platform of Moscow Exchange.
