The Board of Directors of Multi-Chem Limited ("Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Foo Fang Yong as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 May 2015.

Details of Mr. Foo Fang Yong as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are set out below.

Mr Foo Fang Yong was responsible to provide post-sales technical support Network Security and Mobile Security Products and consultation and phone/email technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. He also supported the 24/7 maintenance support calls.

November 2011-February 2013: Product Manager of M.Tech Products (HK) Pte Ltd
Mr Foo Fang Yong held the position of Assistant Technical Manager and subsequently moved on to become the Product Manager. He was responsible for the Company's promotions and sales of the Group's suite of products, implemented go-to-market strategies, executed business plans and managed projects in Hong Kong. Mr Foo Fang Yong also developed and maintained relationships with key resellers.

March 2013-October 2013 : Director of M.Tech Products Aust Pty Limited
Mr Foo Fang Yong managed the operations and strategic plans in Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for sales and business development.

November 2013-May 2014: Regional Product Manager of M.Tech Products Pte Limited
Mr Foo Fang Yong was responsible for the marketing and development of go-to-market strategies of key products in the South East Asian regions.

June 2014-Present: General Manager of Multi-Chem Limited
Mr Foo Fang Yong reviews, sources and evaluates potential distributorship and new products. He continues to develop strong relationship with key resellers and vendors in the Asia Pacific regions.
