Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI Listing Regulations ) please be informed that Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) today has entered into Share Purchase Agreements with certain investors for sale of 9.9% stake in Tata Technologies Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) for an aggregate consideration of Rs.1,613.7 crore.
The disclosure as required under Schedule III Part A Para A.1 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is attached.
