The Board of Directors of Miyoshi Limited has decided to delay the announcement of the financial results of Miyoshi Limited for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year ending 31 August 2015 to 30 October 2015 after trading hours. The Board had planned to announce its financial results after the close of trading hours on 23 October 2015.

In the course of preparing its consolidated financial statements, the management team noted transactions that require prior year adjustments and needed more time to complete the work.

The Board expresses its deepest apologies to shareholders, business partners and other stakeholders for any inconvenience and concern this matter has caused, and will make every effort to regain their trust.
