Announcement of the repurchase and cancellation of a portion of the GBP125,000,000 outstanding of the GBP250,000,000 3.50 per cent. Fixed Rate Green Notes As of 18 December 2023, the Offeror completed the partial repurchase and cancellation of the Notes in aggregate principal amount of GBP82,864,000 (the Repurchased Notes ) representing approximately 66.29% of the total principal amount outstanding of the Notes. After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of Notes is GBP42,136,000.
