As at 31 July 2015, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 537,346,625 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares of 22,653,375). After the share buy-back carried out on 22 December 2015, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 525,375,053 (excluding the shares repurchased which were held as treasury shares).
