New Name of CompanyThe name of "ARA US Hospitality Trust" will be changed to "Acrophyte Hospitality Trust" with effect from 2 October 2024. The names of the REIT, REIT Manager, Business Trust and Trustee Manager will also be changed on 2 October 2024.
Additional TextWith effect from 9.00 a.m. on 7 October 2024, the Issuer's new security name and counter name will be reflected as "Acrophyte Hospitality Trust" and "Acro HTrust USD" respectively. The trading code of XZL will remain changed.
