Ms Low is the daughter of Dato' Dr. Low Tuck Kwong, a controlling shareholder of the Company and sister of Mr Low Yi Ngo, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Ms Low is a shareholder and director of KaiYi Investment Pte. Ltd. ("KaiYi"). KaiYi and the Company are shareholders of a joint venture company, Manhattan Resources (Ningbo) Property Limited, a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China to undertake a property development project in Ningbo, China.

Ms Low is also the shareholder and director of Energy Resource Investment Pte. Ltd. ("ERI"). ERI and Dato' Low Tuck Kwong are shareholders of PT Kariangau Power ("PT KP"), a company established in Indonesia. Pursuant to the shareholders' approval of the interested person transaction mandate obtained on 30 April 2014, the Company intends to provide barging services to PT KP and is currently engaged in preliminary discussion with PT KP.
