We would like to inform you that IDBI Bank Limited has vide its letter dated September 17, 2018 withdrawn nomination of Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. September 17, 2018.

Accordingly, Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev, tendered his resignation from the office of Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 19th September, 2018. The Resolution Professional shall place the same for acceptance in the next meeting of the Committee of Creditors as required u/s 28 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
