Dyno Nobel Inc. (the Issuer) refers to the USD400,000,000 3.95% Fixed Rate Notes due 3 August 2027 (the Notes) issued by Dyno Nobel Inc. and having the ISIN Code XS1657899628 and Common Code 165789962.

Pursuant to Rule 324 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the Issuer hereby announces that the Issuer has exercised its right to redeem all outstanding Notes (being, in aggregate, USD305,740,000) pursuant to Condition 6(d) of the Notes and paragraph 20(i) of the pricing supplement date 31 July 2017 in respect of the Notes. The full amount of Notes outstanding were repurchased and cancelled on 3 September 2025. Accordingly, no Notes remain outstanding.
