Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a press release issued by Moody s Investors Service on November 8, 2019. The statement has no impact on ICICI Bank s India ratings.

Moody s has announced a rating action on the MTN programme rating for ICICI Bank s Bahrain branch to align with Bahrain s sovereign rating. There are no bonds outstanding from the Bahrain branch.
