We would like to inform you that our Promoters have repaid a sum of Rs 400 crore to Macrotech Developers Limited, Parent Guarantor. This showcases our Promoters commitment in ensuring early repayment and squaring off the outstanding receivables, leading to strengthening of the Company capital structure and thereby paving way for the Company s growth plan.

Further, the Promoters of parent guarantor have reiterated that the balance outstanding shall be repaid expeditiously.
