| Additional Text | Further to the announcement dated 12 August 2022 in relation to the application of a DRP to the distribution of 0.76 Singapore cents per unit in BHG REIT for the distribution period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 (" Distribution"), the issue price of the new Units to be issued under the DRP in respect of the Distribution is S$0.5070 per Unit. |

| Additional Text | Unitholders who wish to receive their Distribution in cash need not take any action. |
| Taxation Conditions | The capital distribution represents a return of capital to Unitholders for Singapore income tax purpose and is therefore not subject to Singapore income tax. |
