Given Mr. Zhang Xingwang's ("Mr. Zhang") current responsibilities as the overall-in-charge of the Group's steel fabrication business in Malaysia, namely BRC Prefab Holdings Sdn. Bhd and Southern Steel Mesh Sdn. Bhd, it is considered beneficial for the time being for Mr. Zhang to devote his full attention to the day-to-day management and operational priorities of the Malaysia steel business, particularly in supporting the implementation of the Group's transformation and process improvement initiatives. Accordingly, Mr. Zhang resigns as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 20 July 2026.
