1. The Trust Certificates will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 21 February 2019.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'PerusahaTC3.9%240820A' and 'PERTC24A' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567PAL40.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'PerusahaTC3.9%240820R' and 'PERTC24R' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567RAL06.

The letter "R" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Regulation S. The letter "A" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Rule 144A.
