Bank Vontobel AG wishes to announce that as of 8 December 2014, it has terminated the rating agreement with credit rating agency Standard & Poor s Ratings Services.
In this connection, Bank Vontobel AG has updated the attached Term Sheet to reflect this change. The terms set out in the Term Sheet are a summary of, and are subject to the terms and conditions set out in Bank Vontobel AG s Base Listing Document dated 18 August 2014, and to be read together with the updated Base Listing Document dated 14 January 2015.
