Fitch Ratings has assigned a "BBB" Long-Term Issuer Default Rating with Stable Outlook to Ascott Residence Trust ("Ascott REIT"). The agency has also assigned a "BBB" senior unsecured rating to Ascott REIT, and to its SGD 1 billion multicurrency outstanding medium term notes programme.
