Please be informed that the Board of Directors ( Board ) at its regular meeting held today 15 March 2023, approved/confirmed the amendments to Articles IV and Articles V of the Bank s Amended By-Laws. The amendments will be presented to the stockholders in the Annual Stockholders Meeting to be held on 27 April 2023.

The amendments to the By-Laws are seen to improve the overall corporate governance framework of the Bank.
