Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust ("SERT") has requested a trading halt in its stapled securities from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. on 28 September 2026, to facilitate the orderly dissemination of the information contained in announcement dated 28 September 2026 titled "The Proposed Internalisation of the REIT Manager, the BT Trustee-Manager and the Asset Management and Property Management Company", and to allow the market to assess the information announced.

Trading in SERT's stapled securities is expected to resume at 1.00 p.m. on 28 September 2026.
