Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr. Lee has decided to step down in order to pursue other career opportunities, having served the Company for the past 18 years. Following his departure, the Board of Directors will temporarily oversee the day-to-day affairs of the Company until a suitable replacement is identified. A further announcement will be made once the appointment has been confirmed.

Mr. Lee has assured the Board that, notwithstanding his cessation as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, he will continue to respond to all queries from SGX RegCo upon receiving any request from the Company in relation to the police investigation concerning the proposed crypto investment fund of US$8 million in Timor-Leste.

After having interviewed with Mr. Lee and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Lee as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that lead to the cessation of Mr. Lee and there are no disagreement between Mr. Lee and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
