Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Pu has informed the Nominating Committee ("NC") and the Board of Directors (the "Board") of his intention to retire and step down as Deputy CEO of the Company. The NC and the Board have agreed to accept his resignation.

In line with the Company's succession planning and leaderships renewal strategy, Mr Pan ZhaoJin, Vice President (Property Development), has been identified as Mr Pu's successor. Mr Pu will work alongside Mr Pan ZhaoJin and other Senior Management to transition his current roles and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth handover. His official last working day is 31 March 2025.

The Board and Management wish to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr Pu for his invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the Group.
