The Board of Directors of INTRACO Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Group is expected to report a loss for the half year ended 30 June 2014 ("HY2014").

This proft warning is based on a preliminary review of the unaudited financial results of the Group for HY2014. The expected loss is attributed to low trading margins from the Group's Trading & Others segment as a result of intense market competition.

The Company will be announcing its HY2014 financial results on or before 14 August 2014. Further details of the Group's performance will be disclosed in the announcement then.

In the meantime, shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
