Ms. Chew Kim Kuan ( Ms. Chew ) has resigned as Financial Controller of the Company to pursue other career opportunities.

After having interviewed Ms. Chew and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Ms. Chew as the Financial Controller.

In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms. Chew and there are no disagreements between Ms. Chew and the Board of Directors with regard to practices that would have an impact on the Company s financial reporting.

The Company will search for a suitable candidate for the position of Financial Controller and will make the necessary announcement to update shareholders on the new appointment in due course.
