We refer to the trust deed dated 21 November 2016 between the Issuer, the Guarantor and the
Trustee relating to the Securities (the "Trust Deed") and the written resolution of the Holders
dated 10 May 2019 (the "Written Resolution"). All words and expressions defined in the Trust
Deed shall, save as otherwise provided herein or unless the context otherwise requires, have the
same meanings herein.
Pursuant to Condition 5(b) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) and the Written Resolution,
we give this irrevocable notice that we will redeem all the outstanding Securities, in whole but not
in part, on 21 May 2019 (the "Call Date") at a redemption price equal to 100% of the aggregate
principal amount of the Securities outstanding being US$205,000,000 together with any
Distribution accrued to the Call Date (including any Arrears of Distribution and any Additional
Distribution Amount).
