In accordance with the Listing Rules, the following statement released by Telstra Group Limited is provided for the information of Telstra Corporation Limited noteholders.

Telstra Group Limited appoints new auditor

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Telstra Group Limited (Telstra) announces that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) has been appointed as Telstra s auditor. The appointment follows formal consent to Ernst & Young s resignation by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission, and approval by shareholders at Telstra s 2024 Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

The decision to change auditor was made following a review of the external audit engagement earlier this year by Telstra s Audit & Risk Committee. Following the completion of a tender process, Telstra selected Deloitte to provide statutory auditing services to Telstra. Deloitte has been appointed to provide those services commencing from the financial year starting 1 July 2024.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ernst & Young for its assistance and professional services to Telstra since 2000.

This release is also provided for the information of Telstra Corporation Limited noteholders.
