IENOVA ANNOUNCES THE EXECUTION OF CREDIT FACILITIES WITH THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA

Mexico City, September 23rd, 2021 - Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. (IEnova), announces that it has executed an uncommitted credit facility and an amendment agreement to its committed revolving facility with The Bank of Nova Scotia. The uncommitted credit facility is for a principal amount of up to US$250 million dollars, with a one-year tenor, whereas the amendment agreement to its committed revolving facility is for a principal amount of up to US$350 million dollars with a two-year tenor. The proceed from both credit facilities will be used for working capital, investments and other general purposes.
