Mr. Johnson has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman of the Company due to his upcoming role at a professional services firm and the associated independence and compliance requirements.

Upon his resignation as the Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman, he will also cease to be a member of the RC of the Company.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Johnson as Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman of the Company.
