Invitation by Lendlease Finance to holders of the outstanding A$300 million 3.70 per cent Fixed Rate Notes due 2031 (Regulation S Notes ISIN AU3CB0278711) issued by Lendlease Finance Limited. (the Notes) to offer to tender such Notes for purchase for cash up to the Maximum Acceptance Amount $A 75,000,000 aggregate principal amount or such other amount as determined by the Offeror at its sole discretion (as defined in announcement), subject to pro rata Scaling, if applicable, (the Tender Offer) on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Tender Offer Memorandum.
