TML CV Holdings Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company - filing of Offer document with CONSOB, Italy

Further to our previous intimations on the captioned subject matter, we wish to inform you that TML CV Holdings Pte. Ltd. ('TMLCVH'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has informed the Company that it has today filed an Offer Document with Commissione Nazionale per le Societ e la Borsa, Italy (Consob), intended for publication, in relation to the voluntary public tender offer, to be launched by TMLCVH, through its wholly owned subsidiary to be incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, for all of the common shares of Iveco Group N.V.

In this regard, we are enclosing herewith a Press Release, the contents of which is self-explanatory.

The Italian version of the aforesaid Press Release is also attached herewith. This is for information of the Exchanges and the Members.
