Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("PLife REIT") has announced a distribution of 8.77 cents per unit in PLife REIT for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 comprising:
1. taxable income component of 6.32 cents per unit;
2. tax exempt income component of 1.16 cents per unit: and
3. capital component of 1.29 cents per unit.
Taxation Conditions
The tax-exempt income component of the distribution is exempt from tax in the hands of all unitholders. No tax will be deducted at source from this component.
