Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Company refers to the Announcement Reference SG150604OTHRMVGV dated 4 June 2015 titled "Stock Purchase Agreement" and wishes to rectify a typographical error on page 1 of the Press Release. In the fourth paragraph, the value of new shares to be issued should be US$1.3 million instead of US$1.2 million as wrongly stated.

The sentence should read as follows:

"Under the terms of the proposed acquisition, the consideration will be settled through two cash tranches of US$0.3 million and US$3.4 million, respectively, as well as via the issue of new KTL Global shares valued at US$1.3 million."
